It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As your Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on both my personal and professional expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. Collectively these adjustments create a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

A THREE STEP APPROACH
This initial and crucial step to setting realistic and attainable health goals is key to understanding the mind body connection. This process allows individuals to get at the root cause of their symptoms, behaviours, and habits. This is the "starting block" of where you are at. With this knowledge you can set realistic goals and expectations.
This is where change starts to happen. Adjustments are made in primary and secondary areas of nourishment based on your needs. This might involve cutting back or increasing certain foods and/or activities or perhaps trying new food preparation techniques and combinations. Your bio-individuality will set the course while our coaching partnership will aid in accountability and motivation.
This is where transformations start to happen! As the benefits of step 1 and 2 start to become engrained, you continue to explore the food and lifestyle choices that work best for yourself. Some of the benefits that you will experience at this point include: increased energy, increased confidence, weight loss, feeling calmer and having more mental clarity.
